    How do we work

    • The hotel is open for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-in time is 12:00, check-in time is 14:00.
    • Priority right for accommodation in the hotel is given to persons with a confirmed advance room reservation. All others are accommodated in the order of the general turn.
    • Reservations are considered confirmed when we receive an advance payment. In the case of cancellation of the room prepayment is not refundable.
    • To get the right to stay, the Guest must submit a document proving his/her identity to the administrator.
    • The administration ensures the stay of the Guest in the hotel only for the paid period. After the end of the paid period, at the request of the Guest, the accommodation can be extended only if there are vacancies.
    • Please leave your valuables and documents in the safe. The hotel is not responsible for them if they are left unattended in the room.
    • We ask you to treat the property of the hotel with care. Follow fire safety regulations. When leaving the room, please close the windows, taps in the hygiene room, turn off lights and other electrical appliances. In case of damage to the hotel property, the client undertakes to compensate the costs incurred by the hotel in full.
    • The common area of the hotel is video monitored, except for the toilet and the guest's private apartment.
    • Additional free services: use of medical kit, calling an ambulance, cab, service "Alarm clock", using the iron and hair dryer.
    • We DO NOT SMOKE!
    • In case of change of check-out date after the paid reservation the guest is obliged to inform administration of the hotel in written form 24 hours in advance. If there is no written notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to departure the prepayment is not refundable and will be charged for each day booked.
    • The guest must leave the administrator a deposit for the keys (in the amount of 200 UAH) when settling in.
